The contrator education piece is so critical. When 80% of homeowners defer to the profesional who shows up, changing that recomendation from gas to electric becomes a massive leverage point for residential decarbonization.

Hi Sarah - we have a heat pump connected to our gas-fired furnace and our house always feels cold in the winter!! What is wrong with this picture, and how can we correct it??

Hmmm, do you mean you have a hybrid system? Does your system switch back and forth from your heat pump to your gas furnace, depending on the temp? Happy to out you in touch with someone.
