“You need to feel it to heal it” - yes to this and yes to miso banana cake. I took a lot of joy and delight in this issue and I know my mom will too - thank you, Sarah!
When I was 13 I had to take classes to join our church. The preacher made us write a paper about where we find God. I wrote that I found God outdoors at night, sitting under a tree watching the stars. He said “no” and made me rewrite the paper which I did to please my parents. I still find God outdoors at night, sitting under a tree watching the stars. From there at 13 I decided how I wanted to live. To do the most good to everything it is very simple. Do unto others as you would have others do unto you. I have tried to follow this my entire life. ( not always successfully). But wouldn’t we have a wonderful world if we all followed this simple commandment. So simple.

Lots of great content Sarah. People like you - affirming the alternatives- gives me hope. And- as we know too well- that’s no small thing these days.
And dancing?! The BEST - I think dance and improv classes should be mandatory for citizenship. It could change our world.
